Inflammatory fibroblastic tumour of lung is a rare mesenchymal usually affecting the children and young adults. It considered as benign entity however it has high potential for recurrence local invasion. Exact pathogenesis not known. Complete surgical excision treatment choice. Due to chance recurrence, patients are kept on close follow up. Here we present case inflammatory myofibroblastic , who presented with history pain shortness breath.She was diagnosed help CT scan chest Guided biopsy.She underwent right sided pneumonectomy remained symptom free up.
